Junior Operations Manager

The opportunity

To support our growth, we are continuously refining our operational processes, systems, and controls to ensure efficiency, compliance, and scalability. We’re looking for a Junior Operations Manager who is detail-oriented, curious, and proactive, with a strong interest in process improvement and operational best practice. This role offers hands-on exposure across core operational workflows, with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from day one.

What you’ll do


  • Support the development, documentation, and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across operational and business units
  • Develop a strong understanding of existing operational workflows related to forex and arbitrage products
  • Identify inefficiencies in current processes and assist in proposing and implementing improvements
  • Support the design, improvement, and implementation of key operational processes, including BOP processing, AIT applications, and onboarding, in line with banking partner and internal requirements
  • Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Compliance, and Client Services teams to map and document processes
  • Prepare clear, structured, and up-to-date process documentation to ensure operational consistency
  • Assist in gathering and articulating business requirements for technology-related enhancements
  • Participate in testing new systems, tools, and process changes, providing structured feedback
  • Monitor progress on operational initiatives and assist with day-to-day operational support
  • Contribute to ad-hoc operational and strategic improvement projects as required

What you’ll need


  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 1-3 years’ experience in an operations, process, or business support role
  • Financial services exposure is advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to document and follow processes accurately
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • An analytical, structured mindset with an interest in process improvement
  • The ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment with evolving priorities
